以新发展理念引领高校专业基础课教学改革

以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”为内核的新发展理念，是对马克思主义发展理念的继承和发扬，极具时代精神，富含问题意识，为高校思想政治教育发展、教育教学改革实践提供了强大的理论支撑。本文以“通信原理”为例，阐述了新发展理念在课程改革中的思路和方法，实现了思想政治教育与专业基础课程有机融合，为深化高校教学改革、创新人才培养模式提供了思路。     

Similarities and differences between male and female novice designers on color‐concept associations for warnings,action required,and signs and equipment status messages

This research examined the male and female novice designers toward color associations for the concepts used for ‘warnings’, ‘action required’, and ‘signs and equipment status’ through a questionnaire‐based study. A total of 178 Hong Kong Chinese final year undergraduate design students (89 males and 89 females) participated in the study. The test used required the participants to indicate their choice of one of nine colors to associations with each of 38 concepts in a color‐concept table, so that any one color could be associated with any one of the concepts. For both male and female groups of novice designers, chi‐square tests revealed a strong color association for each concept tested in this study (P < .05). The results showed males and females agreed on some color‐concept association stereotypes which were therefore gender neutral. The male and female novice designers had the same color associations and similar levels of stereotype strengths for 21 concepts. The nine strongest and therefore most useful color‐concept association stereotypes for both male and female novice designers were: red‐danger, red‐fire, red‐hot, red‐stop, red‐emergency, red‐error, blue‐cold, blue‐male, and green‐exit. However, the male and female novice designers had different color association stereotypes for the standby (green vs. yellow), emergency exit (green vs. red), and toxic (purple vs. black) concepts, and the strengths of the 14 remaining associations for both groups were not at equivalent levels. Overall, it is anticipated that the findings of this study will act as a useful reference for novice designers and other design practitioners to optimize color coding in the design of ‘warnings’, ‘action required’, and ‘signs and equipment status’ messages.     

Crushing behaviour of the energy absorbing 'tensor skin' panels

ABSTRACT Research results concerning the simulation of the crushing behaviour of composite systems with energy absorption characteristics are presented in the present work. The study is focused on the ‘tensor skin’ concept, an energy absorbing composite system that was originally developed to improve the crashworthiness of helicopters under water impact and which is promising for utilization in the construction of the lower part of composite fuselage aircraft. The ‘tensor skin’ concept comprises a folded or corrugated composite construction, which upon loading unfolds by forming ‘plastic hinges’, leading to an increase in the load bearing capability of the structure. The numerical modelling issues and the critical aspects of the simulation are discussed. Verification of the numerical simulation procedure is performed by experimental work. The experimental results utilized to assess and validate the numerical procedure were derived within the European Research Project ‘Design for Crash Survivability – CRASURV’ (BRITE – Aeronautics Area). The results of the simulations are generally in good agreement with experimental data.

黄河下游滩区居民因特殊自然环境而形成了特定的心理活动、心理需求，这既影响到他们的生产与生活．又对政府在滩区的有关政策产生或积极或消极的影响。国家制定和实施滩区政策时，应根据滩区居民的心理需要．树立“以人为本，，的观念，在洪水淹没补偿、村台建设与搬迁、基层组织建设、外迁政策的落实等方面切实解决滩区居民的具体困难，并采取一系列综合措施促进滩区社会经济健康发展及人与自然的和谐。     

高混凝土面板堆石坝设计与施工理念

坝高233m的水布垭面板堆石坝是目前已建的世界上最高的面板堆石坝,为有效解决工程中的若干技术难题,提高大坝的安全性和经济性,设计和施工中应用了很多新理念、新技术、新材料和新工艺,对此进行概括介绍,为高混凝土面板堆石坝这种坝型在设计、施工及安全监测等技术的进一步发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴。     

加强企业文化建设用先进的企业价值观统一员工的思想

通过对企业文化的核心——企业价值观的剖析和理解，提出了“加强企业文化建设，统一全体员工的思想，应着力培育‘价值观’”的看法，对加强企业文化建设工作起到一定的指导作用。

随着数字电视的普及推广,数字移动电视应运而生,并得到迅速发展。数字移动电视通常安装在交通工具上,兼具移动性和数字化的特点。它突破了传统电视固定收视的局限,带来了电视传播的新概念。同时,数字移动电视根据自身传播特性,不断探索新的运营模式,并带来一系列的产业链效应,蕴含着无限商机     

以色列水资源管理实践及对我国的启示

以色列位于地中海东岸，人口快速增加和经济持续增长对这个水资源稀缺的国家构成了巨大压力。但是，以色列采取行政、法律、技术和经济相结合的手段，把水资源当作稀缺的公共资源统一管理．建立全国联网的输水系统，统一调配生活、工业、农业用水，开源节流，计量供水，着力开发暴雨截流、中水利用、人工降雨、海水淡化和淡水进口等新型水源，减少了对传统自然水源的需求压力。以色列水资源管理经验对我国的节水型社会建设具有启示作用。
